All about Tim

Tim comes to Coldwell Banker Bain with a wealth of experience. Tim's been a licensed  Realtor since 1989 and has been recognized as a top producer and admired by his peers. Tim also holds a California license to assist clients with vacation homes and investment properties. Tim's prior experience in the insurance industry working for companies like Marsh & McLennan and VSP as a consultant has built him a solid clientele and referral base.

Tim Altman represents all properties in the Seattle/Eastside area like Condos, Estates, Single Family Residence, Gated Communities, New Construction, Golf properties, lots & land. Tim's also a certified Cendant Mobility Relocation Specialist which include working with Microsoft and other corporate accounts throughout Washington.

Tim lives in Issaquah with his beautiful wife Tricia and their two kids TJ and Julie.
