I have been a cigarette smoker for over 40 years. During that time I have smoked ten’s of thousands of cigarettes and spent thousands of pounds, ruined my health and all for my craving for the drug nicotine.Yes I am an addict, addicted to nicotine.Over the years I have tried and failed to give up my addiction many many times.Just some of the methods I have used to try and help me stop have been:- ? Or don’t show it to the other kids. This remind me of the Jewish girl, told by my Jewish professor one time in our journey to a professional meeting. In the bar we sat and have a drink, coffee for me, bear for him for example, OK. Then he began to narrate this anecdote : “One time a conservative Jewish mother told her daughter, not to let other kids see her underwear when she plays outside with them, it is despicable manner, “ayb in Arabic” So the girl returned back home, the mother wanted to be sure of her advice.
